NSHE (Nevada System of Higher Education) Electronic Transcript Requests

Per Board of Regents policy, students who are sending electronic transcripts to NSHE institutions shall not be charged for delivery.

NSHE institutions that qualify for free electronic delivery are as follows:

• University of Nevada, Reno (UNR)
• University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV)
• College of Southern Nevada (CSN)
• Nevada State College (NSC)
• Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC)
• Western Nevada College (WNC)

NOTE: Free electronic transcripts can only be sent to Admissions and Records.

Please use the Electronic Transcript Request e-form when requesting electronic transcripts to be sent to another NSHE institution.

Official Transcripts

In applying to another institution, you will need an Official transcript, which is stamped with the official 澳门新甫京娱乐游戏在线下载 seal and signed by the Director of Admissions and Registrar.

Great Basin College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order official transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

• The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A processing fee will be charged per recipient.
• Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.

Additional Forms to Be Sent with a Transcript

If your order requires an additional form(s) to be attached to the transcript, please note "Transcript - Special Instructions" in the subject line of an email request to admissions@012312.com prior to submitting your request through the National Student Clearinghouse. The delivery method must be mail or pickup in person only, not electronic.
